在凌晨時分，走進東港半夜魚市場，感受漁村一天的開始。市場從凌晨一點起逐漸熱鬧起來，漁船的魚貨接連上岸，不同捕撈方式、養殖魚貨以及外地運來的海鮮，依序擺上拍賣場，透過導覽認識東港常見的魚類與捕撈方式，體會漁市場獨特的生態與秩序。

夜間漁港環境介紹：在步行至市場途中，導覽員介紹漁港環境與漁業文化。

魚種學習：分辨海撈與養殖魚類，認識東港常見魚種。
互動尋找體驗：導覽員會在導覽過程中介紹不同物件功能與人物，參與者在市場中尋找並觀察指定物件。
